Yes, we do! All quotations provided include delivery, installation and removal. We cover East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London and nationally throughout the UK
Full day hire is 08:00 - 23:00.
Half day hire is for 5 hours and available within 30 miles of BN26.
Longer hire periods are available and we would be delighted to discuss your requirements. Please get in touch!
We provide tailored quotations for your specific needs and location.

Prices start at £125 for half-day hire and from £240 per day for Full Day Hire
Please complete the form on our Contact page. We will confirm availability and provide a quote. To confirm your order you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. Final payment must be received 8 weeks prior to your booking.
All bookings are subject to a damage deposit up to a maximum of 100% of the total bill, with a minimum of £150. You will receive an invoice from hello@sussexflowerwallcompany.com in the week prior to your event. Damage deposits are refunded via the same payment method within 3 working days after your event, minus any charges for the following:

1. Unauthorised relocation (see below)
2. Visible damage and/or vandalism
3. Missing items
4. And/or additional hire time other than that which has been previously agreed.

If the damage amount exceeds the value of the damage deposit a supplementary invoice will be issued for immediate payment. Should you wish to receive a full breakdown of replacement charges before you make your booking please contact us.

Unauthorised Relocation: Due to the structure of our flower walls and arches we respectfully ask that they are not relocated by anybody other than an employee of Sussex Flower Wall Company. Evidence of risk to the integrity of the structure by relocation will incur a deduction from your damage deposit. If you would like the flower wall/arch moved during your event, please contact us for fee info.
Our Flower Walls and Runners are made of the very highest quality silk flowers and foliage.
50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

If you cancel more than 24 weeks out from your booking 40% will be returned
If you cancel 24-16 weeks out from your booking 20% will be returned

Cancellations less than 16 weeks from booking will result in deposits not being returned.

If your event is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 we will endeavour to provide an alternative date or where necessary provide a refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information
Absolutely. We are happy to provide a quotation for this. Please get in touch to discuss further!
Generally not. Subject to prior approval walls may be placed outside, however, a number of things should be considered.
Weather conditions - our walls cost thousands and per our terms and conditions you would be liable for any damage incurred to the wall. Please have consideration for the rain and the wind!
Safety - do you have a totally flat area where the wall can be placed? The walls are extremely heavy so we recommend placing in front of a wall.
Our walls can not be left outside overnight.
Our walls can not be exposed to any moisture as this spoils the silk flowers
Our installation crew can recommend suitable locations for placement.
Our runners can be used outside as long as there is a protective surface between them and the ground.

Pre Event - our walls are sprayed with antibacterial spray which kills 99% of all known viruses
Our staff are temperature checked prior to starting each shift.
It is mandatory for our staff to wear face masks for the duration of the installation
Staff sanitise their hands on arrival at installation destination and immediately on completion
All staff will maintain social distancing with clients, venue staff and other suppliers
Post Event -our walls are sprayed and then quarantined for 48 hours after each booking
